This is a great workout that incorporates sets that include body weight, the BOSU and free-weights. This total body workout incorporates a lot of core-stability with the unstable surface of the BOSU.
Needed: A BOSU and a set of weights.
A 30-minute workout session with a cardio and total body focus. Warmup and cool down included in this video. Decrease the intensity by doing fewer reps where applicable.
Chair modifications for those with limited ability are provided within the video.
