Join trainer Louise Green as she explains how to execute the Hip Thrusts exercise. Louise provides a step-by-step execution guide with a chair assisted modification as well. You can do this exercise with or without weights.
Put the weights in your hands and keep them at the hips. Using the assistance of a chair, place the heels of your feet on the seat of the chair. With your feet stable on the chair, bring the hips up. You're not going to touch the ground with this move. So as soon as you get close to the ground, bring the hips back up.
