Congratulations you've made it to week eight in the Strong program! We hope you're feeling strong.
This week is a repeat of week seven. but one of your workouts will be more intensified. We haven't intensified it that greatly, because we feel this is already an intensified program. Continue to push your weights. Continue to follow the eight-ten reps. And let's continue to get you stronger!
