We're so happy that you've made it to week seven of the Strong program! That's something to congratulate yourself for.
This phase of the program is called Master Moves. In week seven, we're going to take the moves a little bit more technical, and require a lot more strength than in the beginning. These moves will require a lot more attention as they get more difficult and challenging.
